Terms of Service

By accessing or using zTools at ztools.app ("Service"), operated by ZoniexLabs ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

zTools is a browser-based toolkit for Minecraft server administrators. It provides visual editors for rank prefixes, TAB plugin configs, GUI menus, MOTDs, and holograms. The Service is provided "as-is" with no warranties of any kind.

zTools is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang Studios, Microsoft, or any Minecraft plugin developer.

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service
• Not upload malicious files or content intended to harm others
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws

The zTools application, including its design, code, and content, is owned by ZoniexLabs and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

Output generated by you using zTools (e.g., rank designs, YAML configs) remains your property. We claim no ownership over content you create.

zTools may display or reference third-party trademarks, plugin names, or assets (e.g., Minecraft item textures) for informational purposes. All such content is the property of their respective owners. Use of these names does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ZONIEXLABS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZONIEXLABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
